Please attach a nomination letter explaining why the nominee should be considered for the
Excellence in Service Award based on the Award criteria. Supporting documentation such as news article(s) highlighting the nominee’s achievements and signed endorsement letter(s) to vouch for
the nominee’s achievements may be included, but are not required.
Nomination packet must be received at the NAWT office or postmarked by January 16th, 2026.
The nominator will receive confirmation of receipt of the submission via phone or email.
The Excellence in Service Award will be presented at the state association breakfast during the
Water and Wastewater Equipment, Treatment and Transport (WWETT) The breakfast will be held on January 17th, 2026 @ 12pm in Indianapolis
